Exclusions

Our Boiler and Pressure Vessel Insurance  does not cover for Loss, damage and/or liability arising during or in consequence of:

• Loss of use or other consequential loss.
• Earthquake, Subterranean Fire, Riot, Civil Commotion, war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power, strike or lockout, ionizing radiations or contamination by radioactivity from any rule nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, nuclear weapons material
• willful act or willful negligence
• contractual agreement
• the application of hydraulic test of the Plant
